Turmeric latte is made of milk , ground or fresh turmeric, a sweetener like honey or , and warming spices such as cinnamon, ginger, and a pinch of black pepper. The turmeric latte, a modern take on the traditional Indian home remedy became a global trend due to a confluence of factors, including the Western wellness movement,  and social media.
